We are all so fortunate to call this amazing place home. The strength in our community derives from the character of its residents. We know the rightness in Gandhi’s words when he said, “the true measure of any society is how it treats its most needy members”.
There are so many fantastic yet needy organizations in our community. Together we can help them. All you need to do is nominate any 501c3 organization and we will add them to our list. The only terms and exceptions are that the organizations must use the donations locally and we cannot accept politically based organizations.
Once you have nominated, we will do the rest. For every sale we complete Guidance Realty will donate 5% of our proceeds to the 501c3 the client chooses. You do NOT need to be a client to nominate. Not planning to buy or sell any time soon but still hope to see your favorite 501c3 receive some help? No worries. Refer a family member, friend or colleague to us and we will donate half to your choice, in your name, and the rest on behalf of the client to their choice.

Yes, we ask for your name and phone number but don’t worry that info is never shared. It is always kept with us. You will never get any unsolicited calls or emails, ever.
